Services/Pick where to start
What we do.
Five ways to take work off your hands. Each one with a real case, in use every day.
- 01AutomationThe work that repeats itself every day starts doing itself, without changing the tools you already use.
- 02IntegrationsThe software you already use starts talking to each other, and the same information goes in only once.
- 03Custom softwareA system made for the way your business works, not the other way around.
- 04AppsAn app on your team's or your clients' phones, made for the way your business works.
- 05WebsitesFast websites, built to bring in clients, that you can update yourself.

The process/From request to delivery
How it works
Whatever the size of the job, it always starts the same way. Four steps, always the same.
- 01
Contact
Tell us what keeps repeating. By WhatsApp or email, whichever is quickest for you.
- 02
Diagnosis
We step into the operation and map where time is lost. Free and with no commitment. The picture is yours, whether we work together or not.
- 03
Fixed quote
Price and deadline fixed before we start. Whatever is left out is in writing.
- 04
Build and delivery
We build with your team testing. We deliver it working, with people knowing how to use it.
You don't need to know what you want to automate. That's exactly what the diagnosis answers. And it's free.

Anderson Carvalho· founder of Oak
The team that starts is the team that finishes.
Before Oak, Anderson served in a special operations battalion. What stayed wasn't the uniform, it was a method: understand the problem in depth before acting, plan down to the detail, execute without waste, and don't leave until it works. That method leads every Oak project.
That's how Oak works. First, a full diagnosis: we come in to understand where time is lost, free and with no commitment. Only then do we put in writing what will be done, together with the final price, and we only start once you've accepted it. We deliver it working, so that your team doesn't end up depending on us.
Each project has its own team, coordinated by Anderson, from diagnosis to delivery. The people who start your work are the people who finish it: no account manager in between, no one swapped out halfway. So nothing you told us gets lost.
One problem at a time. Properly solved.
After delivery/No strings
We deliver without dependency. We stay if it makes sense.
Delivering something that works without us is the rule, not an extra. But what gets automated today changes when the business changes.
For those who want ongoing care, there's a monthly plan: monitoring of what's running, small changes without a new quote every time, and evolving what was built as the operation grows.
It's optional, and it's decided after delivery. Never before.
No lock-in. Cancel whenever you want.

Frequently asked questions.
Price and quote
How much does it cost to automate a process?
It depends on what the diagnosis finds, which is why the diagnosis comes first. What we guarantee is that the price is fixed before we start.
Is the diagnosis really free?
It is. And the picture it gives you is yours, even if you decide not to go ahead with us.
Can the price change after we start?
No. Whatever is left out is written in the quote.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes. Invoices with a tax number, and the work always comes with a written contract, with fixed scope, deadline and price.
Timelines
How long does it take?
The diagnosis, one week. The rest comes in the quote, with a written deadline.
Can you start with just one thing?
That's what we recommend. We automate the process that hurts most, you see the result, and we decide on the next one.
How we work
We already have a system. Is it worth talking to you?
That's usually the best scenario. Replacing everything is almost always the most expensive and riskiest option. Building on top of what already exists solves most cases, and that's what we did with the bilingual layer on top of CEGID.
Where do you work?
In Porto, Braga and the rest of Northern Portugal, in person. For the rest of the country and abroad, we work remotely and go on site when the diagnosis calls for it.
Do you build WhatsApp automation for businesses?
Yes. Your business's WhatsApp replies on its own, at any hour: it answers questions, gives a pre-quote and books into the team's schedule, which is notified straight away. That's what we did for Grupo HMC, a moving company.
Do you also build websites and apps?
Yes. Fast websites, ready to show up on Google and managed from your phone, and iPhone and Android apps built around your operation. We connect everything to WhatsApp and to the systems your business already uses.
Is our company too small?
No. In small operations every lost hour weighs more, and automation gives back more.
After delivery
Who owns the code and the access?
Your company. Domain, hosting and repository are in its name, and access is handed over when the work is closed.
Do you stay with us after delivery?
We deliver so that you don't need us to run it. We stay available to evolve what was built. That's how we work with Grupo HMC.
What if nobody on the team knows how to use it?
Then we didn't do our job. If it needs a manual, we redo it.
